How warranty information is collected
- Warranty information is published only when the store itself states it — on its own site, signage, or a direct statement to this directory.
- Every published warranty claim is attributed to the store and dated, so a reader can see who said it and when it was recorded.
- The directory never infers a warranty from a store's category, from a marketplace programme, or from what similar stores offer.
- If a store's stated terms change, the dated record should be updated — corrections are welcome.
Why so strict?
Warranty terms decide real purchases. A directory that repeats an out-of-date or invented term sends a buyer to a counter with the wrong expectation, and the store — not the directory — has to resolve it. “Not yet verified” is less exciting than a list of warranty badges, but it is the truth, and it is what every listing here shows until a store-stated, dated claim is on file.
What to ask at the counter

- What does it cover — parts, labour, battery, charger?
- What is excluded, and what do I need to bring back if there is a fault?
- Can I have the terms in writing on the receipt?
